For Geerts&Partners I coach Leaders and Senior Executives within the Public Domain and Public Administration to strengthen their leadership. I also provide ODC assessments to candidates and clients in applications processess.

For the ErasmusMC MATCH program I coach interns during their training to become a doctor.

For Relevance I train various organizations in both the public and business domain, including in mentoring, improving mutual cooperation and giving and receiving feedback.

For Transitium Groep I coach politicians to the next step in their careers in the context of their redundancy pay scheme (APPA).

For &BAS I coach Political and Management teams for alignment and improved relationships.
